Ban appeal

Banned or muted and think it was a mistake, or ready for a second chance? Here's how to ask.

Before you appeal

Read this first

Check if it's temporaryTemporary bans and mutes end on their own. The time left is shown when you try to join or chat.

Be honestAppeals that admit what happened get a lot further than ones that don't. Staff can see the logs.

One appeal per punishmentSending the same appeal again, or messaging staff privately about it, won't speed it up.

Don't dodge the banJoining on another account while banned makes the ban permanent on every account.

Your appeal

Fill this in and press Copy appeal. Then open a ticket in our Discord and paste it there.

Minecraft username Enter your 3–16 character Minecraft username. Punishment Choose the type of punishment.

Reason shown to you Copy the reason from the ban or mute message. When did it happen? (roughly)

Why should we lift it? 0 / 2000 · at least 50 characters Please write at least 50 characters. Anything else? (optional)

Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. It stays on this page until you paste it.

What happens next

Staff read every appeal and reply in your ticket, usually within a few days.
You may be asked questions. Answer them in the same ticket.
The decision is final for that appeal. If it's turned down, you'll be told if and when you can try again.
